Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level, ideally within KS3 and KS4.
- Passionate and motivating: Able to inspire a genuine interest in literature and language, encouraging students to think critically and communicate clearly.
- Strong classroom presence: Skilled in managing and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment.
- Collaborative team player: Engaged in teamwork and open to sharing best practices within the English department.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
