Position: English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across KS3 and KS4 (with opportunities to teach KS5).
- Develop students’ reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Inspire a love of literature and language in students of all abilities.
- Prepare students for GCSE and other assessments, ensuring academic progress.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters student confidence and success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
- Previous teaching experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for literature, language, and student development.
- Ability to motivate and engage learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
- Hold an enhanced child-only DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
