Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging English lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Develop and implement differentiated learning strategies to meet the needs of all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support student achievement.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and pastoral care.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A strong passion for teaching English and inspiring young people.
• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (desirable but not essential).
