English Teacher
Full-Time | Immediate Start | Potential for Permanent Role

Teaching Personnel is seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to work with dynamic secondary schools in and around Bude. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and engage students acrossKS3 and KS4, helping them to develop strong literacy and communication skills.

The Role:

  • Deliver engaging and creative English lessons to KS3 & KS4 students.

  • Prepare students for GCSE English exams, ensuring strong progress and attainment.

  • Adapt teaching methods to support a range of learning needs and abilities.

  • Work collaboratively with the English department to create a stimulating learning environment.

  • Assess and provide feedback to help students improve and excel.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

  • Experience teaching English at secondary level (KS3 & KS4).

  • Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively.

  • Passion for English literature and language, with a commitment to student success.

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
