The Role:
As a Teacher of English, you will:
- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
- Develop creative and well-structured lesson plans tailored to different abilities and learning styles.
- Assess student progress regularly, providing meaningful feedback to support improvement.
- Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the English curriculum and extracurricular activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for students.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✔ ECTs are welcome to apply!
✔ A degree in English or a related subject.
✔ At least one year of experience teaching English at the secondary level.
✔ A passion for literature, language, and inspiring young minds.
✔ Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
✔ Unqualified teachers with strong GCSE/A-Level teaching experience may also be considered.
