Job description

English Teacher - SEMH School (Basingstoke)

Teaching Personnel are seeking an English Teacher for a small SEMH school in Basingstoke.

  • Class Size: Up to 9 students

  • Curriculum: English to GCSE level (National Curriculum)

  • Start Date: ASAP (subject to vetting)

  • Contract: Temporary to permanent

  • Requirements: UK QTS and SEND/SEMH experience

As part of this role, you will provide tailored support to pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. You will create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, helping students to overcome barriers to learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
