A respected secondary school in Portsmouth is seeking enthusiastic English Graduates to join their team as English Intervention Specialists. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide targeted 1:1 and small group tuition, helping students achieve their full potential.

What the Role Offers:

• Targeted Support: Providing pupils with individualised attention and tailored interventions to help them reach their target attainment grades.
• Diverse Experience: Working with students who may have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) or Special Educational Needs (SEN), as well as those needing extra support in English.
