Job Title: Early Career Teacher (ECT)

Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to students
- Plan and prepare teaching materials in line with the curriculum
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practises
- Participate in professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant field
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Knowledge of current educational trends and practises
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
Previous teaching experience in Primary School setting is required
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom behaviour
- Proficient in using educational technology
- Good organisational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with diverse student populations
Working Conditions:
The role involves working during school hours, with additional time required for lesson planning and assessment. Some evening or weekend work may be necessary to attend meetings or events.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
