Teaching Personnel are working with a multitude of primary schools across the Black Country area who are looking for full time ECT’s and fully qualified teachers for supply and long-term roles. There are competitive rates of pay, with a minimum as an ECT of £125 per day, increasing to £140 outside your ECT period. These roles would suit a candidate that can display a warm and friendly approach within a classroom environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Planning and classroom management
- Flexibility
- Receptive to change
- Managing challenging behaviour in the classroom effectively
- Engaging all pupils
- Highlighting areas of needs for pupils and addressing social, emotional, and mental health issues
The ideal candidate will hold a QTS/NQT or equivalent, carry a genuine interest in education, understand both KS1 and KS2 curriculum and have relevant teaching experience. If this sounds like something you’re interested in then don’t hesitate to apply today!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
