Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring all pupils have the opportunity to thrive and achieve their potential.

• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students, including tailoring your approach for varying learning styles and abilities.

• Maintain high standards of classroom management, ensuring a focused, respectful, and productive learning space for all pupils.

• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure academic and personal development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recently qualified with a relevant teaching degree (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent)

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in various teaching environments, with the ability to step into different roles, whether it's class teaching, PPA cover, or HLTA positions.

• A proactive and enthusiastic attitude towards professional development and the willingness to contribute positively to the school community.
