Full-Time EAL Support Role – Starting After May Half Term!

Position: Full-Time EAL (English as an Additional Language) Support
Are you passionate about supporting students with English as an Additional Language (EAL)? Do you have the skills and enthusiasm to help young learners thrive in an inclusive educational environment?
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated EAL Support professional to join a school in South Shore, Blackpool. This full-time role will involve working closely with students to develop their English language skills, boost confidence, and enhance their overall learning experience.

✅ Supporting EAL students in small groups and one-to-one sessions
✅ Helping to develop tailored learning strategies
✅ Assisting in classroom activities and adapting materials for language learners
✅ Encouraging confidence and participation in school life
Ideal Candidate:
✔️ Experience working with EAL students (preferred but not essential)
✔️ A passion for education and language development
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Ability to adapt to a dynamic school environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
