We are currently seeking a Supply Teacher to join our team in the Darlington area. Whether you’re an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher, we welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about making a positive impact on students' education.

Position: Supply Teacher

Location: Darlington, County Durham
Start Date: Immediate/ASAP
Type: Flexible, Short-Term, and Long-Term Assignments

About the Role:

As a Supply Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education across a range of local primary and secondary schools. Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering lesson plans to students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Managing classroom behavior in a positive and productive manner.
  • Ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times.
  • Providing feedback to school staff regarding student progress.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching in a UK school setting (preferred, but not essential).
  • Strong classroom management skills and adaptability.
  • A passion for supporting students' educational development.
  • An enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
