Cover Supervisor
Location: Spalding, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting at £110 per day (with the opportunity to increase)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Are you looking to step into the classroom and inspire the next generation? We are seeking proactive and reliable Cover Supervisors to provide essential support to secondary schools in Spalding, Lincolnshire.
About the Role:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task with pre-set work.
- Maintain a structured and supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
- Support the school’s teaching and learning strategies by helping students achieve their potential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with young people in any capacity (education, coaching, youth work, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Confidence to manage a classroom and adapt to different subjects and age groups.
- A commitment to supporting the learning and development of students.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, during term time (08:30 - 15:30).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
