The Teaching Personnel Birmingham Secondary team are seeking a confident and reliable person to work as a cover supervisor at a mainstream secondary school in Solihull.

Ideally someone with previous cover supervisor experience would be preferred, but people seeking a route into teaching with a genuine passion for education are highly encouraged to apply!

 

Pay Rate: £90-140 (daily, depending upon experience and qualifications)

Location: Solihull, B92

Hours: Flexible

 

Ideal Applicant:

- Previous experience in a cover supervisor role

- Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting

- Desire to become a qualified teacher in the future

- Confident and reliable individual with a passion for education

- Ability to accurately follow pre set lesson plans and deliver content in a confident and engaging manner

- Ability to manage the classroom behaviour effectively

 

This role contains no planning or marking responsibility. Your main role is to lead the lessons, following the pre set out lesson plans accurately and manage the classroom behaviour effectively.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
