Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Start (must be able to commit to Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4pm)
Salary: £100 - £150 per day

Teaching Personnel are working closely with Secondary Schools across Northamptonshire who are looking to expand their pool of Cover Supervisors for flexible, ad-hoc cover requirements.

We are currently seeking dynamic individuals to join our team of Cover Supervisors for secondary schools on an ad-hoc and long term basis.
Your role
- Delivering pre- set lessons- Facilitate learning by following lessons plans and ensuring productive classroom environment.
- Maintaining Order: Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere
- Assisting with Queries: Provide support to students by answering questions and offering guidance
- Reporting: Record any issues or incidents and communicate them to appropriate staff members
- Collaboration: Collaborate with teaching staff and school leadership to ensure seamless educational experience for students
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any subject.
• Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Possession of a DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
