Job description

Are you looking to make a difference in education? We're seeking a dynamic and dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our team in North Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support students during lessons when the regular teacher is absent.
  • Ensure students remain on task and follow school rules.
  • Provide assistance with class activities and manage behavior effectively.
  • Support students in their learning and help maintain a productive classroom environment.
  • Ensure the safe, smooth running of lessons and ensure that any issues are reported to the appropriate staff.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
  • A passion for supporting young people and promoting their learning.
  • Experience in a school or similar environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and a team player mentality.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
