Cover Supervisor

Are you a recent graduate looking for experience within a mainstream secondary school?

Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with a number of secondary schools across the Macclesfield, Congleton and Sandbach area, looking for Cover Supervisors. The schools are in great locations with excellent transport links.

The candidate will be confident managing a classroom in the absence of the subject teacher and be passionate about making a positive impact on the academic development of students.

Requirements:

• Must have experience working with young people
• Able to deliver pre-planned lessons confidently and manage behaviour, following the school’s behaviour policies
• Safeguarding training (can be done through Teaching Personnel)
• Provide 2 references covering the last 24 months of employment history

About the role:

• Flexible working, with the opportunity for full-time hours
• Immediate start upon registering with Teaching Personnel
• Opportunity to earn between £90-£110 per week (dependent on experience)

To be considered for this role, applicants must have a DBS registered on the update service or be willing to apply for one upon registering with Teaching Personnel.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
