Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for a rewarding role in secondary education? Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Liverpool and the Wirral.

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of students’ learning in the absence of their regular teacher. You will be responsible for delivering pre-set lesson plans, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.

Who We’re Looking For:

We welcome applications from individuals with experience as a Cover Supervisor or those with expertise in any subject specialism and looking for school experience. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience working in a secondary school environment
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • The ability to confidently deliver pre-planned lessons
  • A passion for education and supporting young learners

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or relevant classroom experience
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
  • Right to work in the UK
