DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO BE A SUCCESSFUL COVER SUPERVISOR?

HAVE YOU GOT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE BEING A COVER SUPERVISOR OR HLTA IN A SECONDARY SCHOOL?

 

Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school in CV6, just north of Coventry city centre, to recruit a reliable cover supervisor to work either full time or flexible hours.

The benefit of cover supervisor work is that you get all the joy of teaching without the responsibility of planning and you do not need to be a qualifed teacher to apply!

 

Pay Rate: £100-140 (per day, dependent upon experience)

Hours: Flexible or full time would be 8:30-3:30 (Mon-Fri)

Location: Coventry, CV6

 

Ideal applicant:

- GCSEs in English and Maths

- Studied to degree level (is beneficial)

- Previous experience as a cover supervisor or HLTA

-Previous experience working in some capacity within a UK secondary school

- Confident and strong classroom presence with ability to manage classroom behaviours effectively

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience working with and/or supporting children with special educational needs

- A genuine passion for education

- An individual seeking further experience in education/schools to enhance skill set
