Cover Supervisor – Brighton Secondary Schools

 

Flexible Work | Competitive Pay (dependent on experience) | No Teaching Qualification Required

Are you looking to gain experience in secondary schools? Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to work across a collection of secondary schools in Brighton. Whether you’re a graduate, an aspiring teacher, or someone with experience working with young people, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into the classroom and develop your skills!

 

The Role:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support students with their learning and respond to any questions
Work flexibly across different schools and subjects

 

What We’re Looking For:

Confident and engaging individuals with strong communication skills
Experience working with young people (coaching, tutoring, youth work, etc.)
A passion for education and making a difference
Adaptability to work across various subjects and school environments

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
