Cover Supervisor
Overview:
Due to demand, Teaching Personnel are looking for Cover Supervisors to start with our partnered Secondary SEN Schools in the Bath Region. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with young learners, if this is you, then we want to hear from you!
Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on students’ lives in SEN Schools?
Role Specifics:
- Deliver pre-prepared lessons to students across various subjects and age groups.
- Manage classroom behaviour and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity and consistency in educational delivery.
- Effective time management and communication skills
- Be a professional role model, while managing students’ behaviours and focus within the lesson to create a positive learning environment.
Ideal applicants:
- A recent University Graduate with a nurture background
- A current Cover Supervisor who has front of the class experience.
- A youth worker or coach who again has experience of working with children.
- A teaching Assistant looking to take the next step up.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
