We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Alton. This role is perfect for those with experience supporting young people who are ready to take on the challenge of leading a classroom.

About the Role:

• Position: Cover Supervisor
• Location: Alton
• Start Date: February 2024 (or sooner)
• Contract: Full-time or part-time, depending on availability
• Key Stages: Supervising lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

As a Cover Supervisor, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students remain engaged and on task in the absence of their teacher. You will use your strong behaviour management skills to maintain a positive learning environment while supporting students in their studies.
