Job Title: Core Subjects Tutor - one to one

Location:

East of England, Bedfordshire, Bedford

Salary:

£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Duties:

• Provide one-to-one tutoring in core subjects to students
• Create individualised lesson plans based on student's needs and abilities
• Assess student's progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance

Required Qualifications:

• Relevant qualification in education or subject area
• Experience in tutoring or teaching core subjects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience in tutoring or teaching core subjects

Knowledge and Skills:

• Deep understanding of core subjects curriculum
• Effective teaching strategies and methods
• Ability to motivate and engage students
• Strong organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate qualification in Education
• Additional certifications in specific subject areas

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
