Job Title: One to One Tutor for Maths and English
Location: East of England, Bedfordshire, Bedford
Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Description:
Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one tutoring in Maths and English subjects
- Create personalised lesson plans based on student's needs and learning styles
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Help students develop study skills and improve academic performance
- Communicate effectively with students and their parents/guardians
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Demonstrated expertise in Maths and English subjects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Deep understanding of the national curriculum for Maths and English
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience working with students with special educational needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
