Exciting Opportunity: Year 4 Teacher Role at a Blackpool Primary School

Are you an enthusiastic and driven educator eager to make a difference? Our vibrant primary school in the heart of Blackpool is seeking an outstanding Year 4 Teacher to join our team in a full-time role starting April 21st.

Role Overview

As a vital part of our teaching staff, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver dynamic and high-quality lessons aligned with the Year 4 Key Stage 2 curriculum, fostering a love for learning in your students.

  • Creating an Inclusive Classroom: Build a positive and supportive learning environment where every child can thrive academically and personally, while maintaining effective behaviour management strategies.

  • Providing Valuable Feedback: Assess and provide constructive, actionable feedback to pupils to support their progress and development.

  • Championing Excellence: Uphold the school’s ethos of high standards and contribute proactively to the wider school community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.

  • Demonstrable experience teaching in a primary school environment, ideally at Key Stage 2 level.

  • Strong classroom management skills, coupled with a creative and proactive approach to teaching.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.

  • A passionate educator committed to inspiring and empowering young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
