Teaching Personell are working closely with a SEN provision in the Brighton & Hove area. The school cater for both primary and secondary aged pupils who have profound multiple learning difficulties. The school are now seeking for ‘Behavioural Buddies’ for a September start, individuals who can work 1:1 with their pupils in class and in-between class.
About the school:
The school cater for both primary and secondary aged pupils who have the following needs: ASC, ADHD and Learning Difficulties. The school have wonderful facilities for their pupils including an indoor swimming pool, outdoor ‘play’ areas outside every class and spacious forest school areas.
About the role:
The chosen Behavioural Buddy will be expected to build rapport with the school’s current staff but most importantly build rapport with the pupils who attend the fantastic SEN school. It is vital that you’re confident and out-going as well as pro-active and able to use your initiative! You will be expected to attend school outings as well as supporting the pupils on a full-time basis (Monday-Friday).
Additional Information:
- Travel – Car/Bus
- Pay - £420 - £440 pw
- Hours – 8:30am – 15:30pm
- Location – Brighton
- Contract – Temp to Perm
- DBS – Child Only Enhanced DBS
- Experience – PMLD, ASC, ADHD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
