Position: Full-Time 1:1 Teaching Assistant

The Role: A vibrant school in Anfield is looking for a committed 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with an EHCP. The pupil has significant SEND needs, including requirements for SEMH support. As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to implement tailored support strategies. The role involves working both within the classroom and in alternative learning spaces, with occasional support for other pupils as required. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCo to understand the pupil’s needs, barriers to learning, and overall progress. Prior experience working 1:1 with a child with an EHCP is preferred, though relevant experience with children or adults with complex needs is also valued.
