Behaviour Pastoral Lead

We are currently seeking a Behaviour Pastoral Lead to start on a full time basis from September at one of our local schools in New Milton. As a Behaviour Pastoral Lead you will not be required to do any teaching but you will be working 1:1 with students and liasing with other members of staff.
The school is a Pupil Referral Unit who cater for students aged 7 - 16 years with Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, children in care or students who have been permanently excluded from mainstream school for various reasons. The students will come temporarily with the hope that they will return to mainstream school. The school is currently is a very small school of 20-30 students but is likely to expand to up to 80 students within the next year. It's a brand new school with a completely new building with amazing facilities.
Requirements:
- Must have experience working with challenging behaviour and those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health
- Must have experience working 1:1
- Previous pastoral experience is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
