The Role:
As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering inspiring lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential for A-Level teaching. You will encourage creativity, foster artistic talent, and support students in building their skills and confidence. The successful candidate will be dedicated to helping students express themselves and explore a wide range of artistic mediums.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver high-quality Art lessons that inspire creativity and foster a love for the subject.

Assess, track, and report on student progress.

Support and encourage students' personal and academic development.

Contribute to extracurricular activities, exhibitions, and school events.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall school experience and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold a relevant degree and teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent).

Have a passion for the Arts and a commitment to nurturing students’ creativity.

Be an excellent communicator, able to engage and motivate students.

Be proactive, innovative, and adaptable in teaching methods.
