Agricultural Teaching Assistant – Budleigh Salterton Area
Teaching Personnel is seeking an Agricultural Teaching Assistant to support students in a dynamic and hands-on learning environment in the Budleigh Salterton area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for agriculture and education to make a real difference.
About the Role:
- Position: Agricultural Teaching Assistant

- Contract Type: Flexible (various roles available)
- Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
No formal experience is required, but it is preferred. We welcome applicants from a range of backgrounds, including those with agricultural, farming, or outdoor education experience. The ideal candidate will have:

✔ A proactive and hands-on approach to learning
✔ The ability to engage and support students in practical and classroom-based activities
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ A willingness to work outdoors and adapt to different tasks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
