About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning and development, providing both classroom assistance and one-on-one support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the teacher in delivering engaging lessons
• Assisting students with their learning, providing tailored support where needed
• Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Supporting pupils with special educational needs (SEN) or learning difficulties

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and helping children succeed
• Experience in a similar role or a desire to learn and develop within the education sector
• A patient and flexible approach to working with students of all abilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
