Location: Bolton
Salary: Competitive pay, processed weekly via PAYE

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Working 1:1 with students to provide tailored support.

  • Assisting in small intervention groups to encourage learning and engagement.

  • Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

  • Supporting students in developing social and emotional skills.

  • Collaborating with teachers and SEN staff to implement effective learning strategies.

  • Encouraging positive behaviour through constructive support techniques.

Who We’re Looking For

  • No formal qualifications needed—perfect for those starting in education!

  • Someone with a patient and proactive approach to supporting students.

  • Flexible and adaptable to work in different school settings.

  • Must have (or be willing to obtain) a valid DBS check.
