About Us: At TP Tutors, we are dedicated to providing personalised educational support to students of all ages. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced 1:1 Tutor to join our team and help students achieve their academic goals. Whether working with primary school pupils or high school students, our goal is to create a supportive, tailored learning environment where every student can thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering 1:1 tuition sessions in person

• Tailoring lessons to meet individual student needs and learning styles

• Providing guidance and support to help students improve their academic performance

• Monitoring progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly

• Offering exam preparation and study skills support

• Encouraging student confidence and fostering a love for learning

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous tutoring or teaching experience

• Strong understanding of subjects you are applying to tutor

• Passionate about helping students achieve their full potential

• Patient, empathetic, and able to build a strong rapport with students

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Flexible and adaptable to the needs of each individual student

• Relevant education or subject specific qualification
