As Strategic Business Development Director, Clare focuses on the strategy behind supporting multi-school groups and MATs with recruitment and staffing partnerships, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered through our School Partnership Manager team.

Scott had extensive experience providing specialist teaching and tuition service delivery to schools, Local Authority services, Remote Learning, Virtual Schools, and Alternative Provisions.

With over 12 years of experience with Teaching Personnel, Gemma now works closely with Multi-Academy Trusts and LAs to support their intervention and tuition strategies. 

As Head of School Partnerships, Alison works with trusts and school groups in London and southern England. She leads on national trust & school group partnerships and Catholic School partnerships and forms part of the bidding team for national and local frameworks.

James has worked as a teacher and within recruitment for over ten years. He oversees MAT and school group partnerships across the North of England and leads nationally to support schools and graduates with Initial Teacher Training through our Future Teachers Programme.

Having worked with SEN, Secondary and Primary schools, Caroline is now the School Partnership Manager for the East of England, supporting Trusts at a senior level to meet their objectives for permanent, supply and intervention staffing.

Hannah works with schools and MATs throughout the East Midlands. Hannah helps her partner schools and MATS manage their procurement and meet their objectives for permanent staffing, supply and tutoring.

Adam works with schools and MATs across London and Essex. Based on his ten years of work with Teaching Personnel, Adam builds strategic partnerships that help schools and MATs flourish.

Chloe is a National School Partnership Manager, supporting schools and MATs, understands the complexities of different settings, and offers bespoke talent solutions that make a difference.

Emma joined Teaching Personnel in November 2016, working with secondary schools and, more recently, the National Tutoring Programme and intervention packages for school groups and MATs. She now focuses on supporting MATS and school groups in central England.

Ben joined Teaching Personnel in June 2022, having worked in the education and the third sector for 20 years. He now works alongside schools and MAT partners across the West Midlands and Thames Valley, building strategic partnerships.

Jade works with schools & academies across West and North Yorkshire to achieve efficiencies. She helps schools support their most vulnerable pupils, working closely with schools to provide a bespoke recruitment planning service for staffing and pupil interventions.

Nadine has worked with schools and MATS to provide a wide range of services, including social action programmes to CPD for educators from ECTs to CEOs of MATs. Nadine works closely with senior leaders of MATs and LAs to deliver a quality service across Manchester and Lancashire.

Having worked for Teaching Personnel since 2014, Hayley has experience in all levels of education recruitment. Now working with schools and MATs across the southwest, she builds strategic partnerships ensuring partner schools have access to the talent they need. 

Danielle works with schools and MATs across Sussex and Kent. Having worked in education recruitment for ten years, Danielle is able to offer a financial and value-added benefit with industry insight as well as being informative about any changes within the education sector. 

Mike works with school and MAT leaders across southwest England to develop strong, ongoing strategic partnerships that provide cost-effective and efficient talent management to meet the full range of school educator requirements.
