In this role, you will work closely with students aged 11-16 to inspire, guide, and support them in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organising and delivering engaging activities that promote positive youth development.
• Providing mentoring and pastoral support to individual students or small groups.
• Creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that encourages a sense of belonging.
