Young Persons Mentor (Sports requirement) – Port Talbot
We work in partnership with a local school in Neath, Port Talbot which works with young people from all walks of life. The young people would hugely benefit from an individual which has the ability to positively impact their attitude towards school, as well as creating an open platform to build on new relationships. We have found historically that using the medium of sports during break times and free time has reinforced a team mentality and has helped build trust throughout the school.
What does the ideal candidate need?
- Would have an interest helping develop young people in a school environment
- Has experience coaching or demonstrating relationship building through sports
- Shows they are able to demonstrate patience
- Is looking to commit to the role to ensure continuity and consistency for the young people
- Has a can-do attitude and is able to work well in a fast-paced environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
