Teaching Personnel is in partnership with a local school in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan, specializing in supporting young people with additional learning needs (ALN). This school aims to enhance communication, teamwork, and overall personal development through the power of sports and team-building activities during breaks and lunchtimes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage students in sports and team-building activities that improve social and communication skills.
- Support young people in becoming independent and prepared for their future.
- Work with students across different age groups (3-19 years) in a safe, supportive environment.
- Help students with managing behavioural challenges, whether volatile or emotional.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
