Job Title: Year 5 Teacher (Experienced)
Location: South Norwood, UK

Contract length: ASAP - End of the academic year

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join our dynamic and supportive team at a primary school in South Norwood until the end of the academic year. The ideal candidate will be passionate about inspiring young learners and committed to delivering high-quality education. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving school community that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 5.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain effective behaviour management strategies and encourage positive classroom interaction.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and/or experience teaching UK Key Stage 2 curriculum (preferably Year 5).
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
