Job Title: Year 4 Teacher

£120.00 - £180.00 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for Year 4 students
  • Assess and monitor student progress to ensure attainment of learning objectives
  • Provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behaviour, and performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in Education or relevant field
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the National Curriculum

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Previous experience teaching in a primary school setting

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management abilities
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Proficiency in ICT to enhance teaching and learning

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Specialist training in teaching primary students

Working Conditions:

  • Working hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
  • Temporary position with the possibility of extension
  • Classroom-based teaching in a primary school setting
  • Collaborative work environment with colleagues and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
