Full-Time Primary Teacher Needed for Challenging School in Corby (Year 3)
Are you an experienced and dedicated primary teacher with a passion for making a difference? Teaching Personnel is looking for a skilled Full-Time Year 3 Teacher to join a challenging yet rewarding primary school in Corby.
Position Overview:
- Role: Full-Time Year 3 Teacher

- Key Stages: KS1 and KS2 (Experience Required)
- Rate of Pay: Paid to scale, reflecting planning and marking responsibilities
- Start Date: Start of March
- Contract: Temporary with the potential to go permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lessons to a Year 3 class, following the national curriculum and adapting lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- Planning and Marking: Create detailed lesson plans, assess student work regularly, and provide constructive feedback to promote student progress.
- Behavior Management: Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive and positive classroom environment, supporting students' academic and social development.
- Adaptability: Work effectively within a challenging school setting, demonstrating resilience and flexibility to adapt to the needs of the students and school.
- Collaboration: Work closely with school staff, parents, and guardians to foster a supportive learning environment and ensure that all students are meeting learning goals.
