Position Details:

• Role: Year 3 Maternity Cover Teacher

• Location: NG8, Nottingham

• Start Date: April/May 2025

• Duration: Maternity Cover 

• Salary: M1 - M6

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Year 3 curriculum

• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils can thrive

• Monitor and support pupil progress, providing feedback and implementing interventions as necessary

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support student development

• Uphold school policies and maintain high standards of behaviour and learning

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3

• Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to safeguarding

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities

• Ability to adapt and deliver creative, student-centered learning experiences
