Year 3 Teacher – May start

1 Year maternity cover

2 form entry primary school

Teaching Personnel have a preferred supplier for a great primary school based in Manchester. As a result, they have asked us to recruit for an upcoming year 3 teacher to add to their school staff team from May on a year contract.

This Manchester based primary school pride themselves on having high standards and expectations and as a result, the incoming year 3 teacher will have access and exposure to extensive training and CPD opportunities for their own teaching development. As a year 3 teacher, you would be working closely with both key stage 1 and key stage 2 teachers so if you have experience in key stage 1 or key stage 2, you would be welcomed and encouraged to apply.

The school serves the local community which has a mix of children and families with varying needs, including many children coming from a “looked after” background, so someone with a nurturing background or understanding would be at a further advantage.

The Teacher:

  • Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 previous experience welcome
  • Early Years or Fully Qualified Teachers
  • Comfortable working with mixed ability levels

The school are interested in meeting the prospective year 3 teacher after the Easter break  with a view to starting soon after.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
