Job Description: Year 1 Teacher – Full-Time
Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Role: Full-Time Year 1 Teacher (KS1)
Salary: Negotiable
Are you a passionate and experienced Year 1 Teacher looking for a full-time role in the Kettering area? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic educator who is confident in delivering engaging lessons and has strong behaviour management skills.
About the Role:
- Full-time teaching position in Year 1, working Monday to Friday.
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons to support pupil progress.
- Creating an engaging and nurturing learning environment.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
✔ Experience teaching in Lower Key Stage 1 (Reception or Year 1 preferred).
✔ Confident in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
✔ Strong behaviour management skills.
✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
✔ Must hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check (child workforce).
✔ Must provide two professional references covering the last 24 months of employment.
