A well-established Catholic primary school in Southport is working in partnership with Teaching Personnel to recruit a dedicated Year 1 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2025. The ideal candidate will:

• Be a qualified primary teacher (QTS essential), ideally with experience in Key Stage 1

• Demonstrate high expectations for both behaviour and learning

• Embrace the ethos and values of a faith-based school

• Be able to plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ needs

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
