About the role
-Year 1 Class Teacher, full time Monday to Friday 830-1530
-ASAP start until the end of Summer term 2025
-Covering long term sickness, possibility to go permanent from September
-Paid to scale (minimum of £166.32 per day through the Welsh Framework)
-Weekly pay every Friday, opportunities for CPD within the School and through Teaching Personnel ourselves

-Large Cardiff Primary School located on the outskirts of the city centre
-Excellent transport links by train or bus, and has access to free parking
-Highly effective Headteacher providing strong leadership resulting in their last fantastic ESTYN report
-Pupils and staff thrive in the school’s inclusive ethos where pupils develop as creative, independent thinkers during their time at school
-Behaviour is very good with little/ no issues within the classroom
-Less than 15% of pupils are Free School Meals entitled
About you
-You will be required to hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Primary Teaching
-You will also need to be fully registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
-To be put forward for this role, you would need to undergo a 30-minute face to face registration with Teaching Personnel which would include reference and DBS checks

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
