Do you have a passion for supporting young people to achieve their potential? Teaching Personnel is looking for a committed and compassionate Unqualified Behaviour Support to join a school in Bristol.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one and group support for students with behavioural challenges and emotional needs 
  • Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with students and staff
  • Work collaboratively to implement behaviour support plans
  • Utilise various tactics and techniques to re-enegage to education 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with young people in a School, Care, Coach or Mentoring role but not essesntial. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A calm, empathetic, and patient approach
  • A genuine passion for making a difference within Special Education. 
  • Over the age of 18

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
