TPTUTORS – Join Our Team of Passionate Tutors

TPTUTORS is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, experienced tutors to join our expanding network. If you have expertise in Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized tuition, we’d love for you to be part of our team.

Key Highlights:

  • Position: Part-time tutoring roles (1–15 hours per week)

  • Subjects: Core subjects, plus occasional requests for business studies, languages, and more

  • Location: In-person (homes, libraries, community centers) or online

  • Flexibility: Choose your hours based on student availability

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Tailored Tuition: Provide one-on-one support in core subjects for students with SEN. Design and deliver lesson plans that highlight your teaching strengths.

  • Progress Tracking: Submit detailed reports after each session using our virtual platform, ensuring your work is accurately tracked for client meetings and pay processing.

  • Adaptability: Continuously assess and adjust your teaching approach based on student progress and needs.

  • Communication: Regularly update parents and consultants on student challenges, ensuring a high standard of support.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Degree in Education, Special Education, or related field

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of tutoring or teaching experience

  • Skills: Strong understanding of the UK education system and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to diverse student needs

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and consultants

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
