Job description

TP Tutors are currently recruiting for educators (Fully Qualified Teachers, Higher Level Teaching Assistants, SEN and SEMH specialists) to work 1:1 with Secondary Students (KS3) in Romford.

As a tutor, you will need to …

  • Be confident in creating resources in lines with the English and Maths, UK National Curriculum, at a KS3 level.
  • Deliver stimulating resources and sessions to young people, which are tailored to their needs and interests.
  • Be able to build a rapport with students.
  • Write session reports about what was covered in sessions so that we can track the progress and content being covered.
  • Have SEN/ SEMH experience
  • Manage challenging behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
