Job description

Are you an experienced tutor with a passion for helping students thrive? We are looking for dedicated tutors based in Greenwich who can provide one-on-one support to a diverse group of primary and secondary-aged pupils who are currently not receiving formal education.

The students we work with have varying abilities and needs, so we are looking for tutors who can adapt their approach to meet each child's unique learning style. Patience, understanding, and a genuine desire to make a difference are key!

What we’re looking for:

  • Tutors based in Greenwich or nearby areas
  • Experience tutoring primary and secondary-aged pupils
  • A strong ability to adapt lessons for students with a range of educational needs and abilities
  • Patience and empathy to build trust and encourage learning
  • Commitment to helping pupils overcome challenges and reach their full potential
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent in the specific area
  • Enthusiasm, engagement, and resilience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
