About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the classroom teacher and helping students reach their full potential. Whether you are working with individual students or small groups, your role will include:

• Assisting with lesson delivery and ensuring students understand the material.
• Providing 1:1 or group support for students who need additional help.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) as required.
• Creating an engaging and positive learning environment.
• Helping students build confidence and improve their academic skills.

Who We Are Looking For: We are seeking individuals who are passionate about education and helping students succeed. The ideal candidate will have:

• A genuine interest in working with children and supporting their development.
• A positive and patient attitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting (though not essential).
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
